Terms & Conditions

By accessing the teamtonicjournl website and submitting a landscaping enquiry, you agree to these standard terms and conditions.

Service Enquiries

Our website provides information regarding professional landscaping services in Ontario. Submitting a contact form constitutes an enquiry, not a binding contract for landscaping work. All actual landscape design, garden installation, and maintenance work will be subject to separate, specific agreements following a site discussion.

Website Content

The content provided, including descriptions of lawn care, planting, and seasonal maintenance, is for informational purposes. Landscaping outcomes depend heavily on natural factors such as weather, soil conditions, and ongoing maintenance, and therefore, specific visual outcomes or plant survival cannot be unconditionally guaranteed based solely on website descriptions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update the descriptions of our landscaping services and these terms at any time without prior notice.
